What is the second form of id for renting a post office box.?

The USPS requires 2 forms of id to rent a post office box. 1 would be my license, but what is the second form of id if social security cards and birth certificates are not allowed?

I used my car registration. they want something else with you address on it. You could use a utility bill as well if it is in your name.

birth certificate or social security card. if not this (i think this is it) try debit card, passport, or credit card, or any other state or gov issued type of identification
