The new film is something like Resident Evil, but I must admit, it looks pretty decent. Much better than I thought it would be so far. For years, people have been trying to get a third Mortal Kombat movie from the ground, and yet to obtain for obvious reasons, it never came to pass. The awful Mortal Kombat: Annihilation principle to ensure that another sequel would never see the light of the world, but when Warner Brothers picked up the rights to the franchise last year we began to hear about plans for a possible restart. Now, this week, it looks like we can our first real proof, said restarting in the form of a short film / promo trailer, which has mysteriously found its way online. Did I mention it to star Michael Jai White (Black Dynamite) as Jax and Jeri Ryan (Star Trek: Voyager), happens as Sonya Blade.
